The four of us

Small on purpose. If you ring Bremer Line, one of these four people answers.

Nathan Faulkner mid-isolation at an open switchboard, screwdriver in hand

FounderSince 2014

Nathan Faulkner

Owner and licensed electrician

Nathan spent three years on a whitegoods repair bench before he was licensed to work on what feeds the appliances he used to fix. He still takes the diagnostic-heavy calls himself and answers the phone before seven most mornings.

Credentials: Queensland electrical contractor licence, restricted licence endorsement for solar and EV circuit connections

02The rest of the team

Renee, Josh and Diane

Renee Okafor

Licensed electrician, EV and solar-ready circuits

Renee came from a commercial background fitting out shopping centre tenancies, which is why her switchboard work looks like it was drawn up first. Most of the EV charger and solar-ready upgrade bookings in the corridor land on her calendar.

Credentials: Queensland electrical contractor licence, clean energy accreditation for EV charger installation

Josh Tran

Apprentice electrician

Josh is in his third year and does most of the ceiling fan and downlight installs under supervision. He labels every circuit he touches without being asked, which is more than can be said for whoever wired half the houses we get called to.

Credentials: Queensland electrical apprentice registration, completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology

Diane Whitlock

Operations coordinator

Diane runs the diary, the quotes and the compliance paperwork, and is the reason a certificate lands in your inbox the same afternoon instead of whenever someone remembers. She will tell you honestly if we cannot get there when you want us to.

Credentials: Certificate IV in Business Administration

03Book a visit

Book a visit

Most non-urgent bookings are scheduled inside three to five business days. Tell us what is happening and we will confirm a time, or call now if it genuinely cannot wait.

Good to have ready

  • Access to the switchboard, or know where it is if we have not been before
  • A rough idea of when the problem started and what you were doing at the time
  • Anyone else in the house told, if we need to isolate power for part of a visit
  • Photos of the fitting, outlet or damage, if you can get them safely from a distance

Or skip the form

0491 570 159
  • Mon to Fri 6:30am to 4:00pm
  • Sat 7:00am to 11:00am, booked jobs only
  • Sun Closed

The phone forwards to whoever is on call after hours. Anything involving exposed wiring, a burning smell or a tripped main is moved to the front of the queue; everything else gets a call back from 6:30am the next working day.

Book a visit

Tell us roughly what is happening and we will come back to you the same business day. Or call 0491 570 159 and speak to someone now.
